职位描述：
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
主要职责:
1. Communicate with Oversees vendor on PO/shipment status and follow up closely
与国外供应商沟通货物的状态并及时跟进

2. Familiar the import&export process well and have a good understanding on the import&export regulatory/policy, Coordinate with China Custom officer and CIQ office for any enquiry.
熟悉进出口流程以及相关法律法规，与海关商检有良好的沟通

3. Help Manage the Custom clearance Agency and domestic logistic provider performance
管理报关行以及国内物流供应商的绩效

4. Verify all shipping documents, and prepare documents for Custom Clearance in advance, make sure the accuracy before passing to Clearance Agency. Follow and push the progress of Custom Clearance on regular basis.
提前准备报关资料，检查以确保所有资料完整无误，跟踪报关报检进展

5. Prepare the Chinese label according to Chinese regulation timely, Arrange Duty&VAT payment, arrange payment for PO,and also check and arrange Custom Clearance related charge
准备中文标签，安排税金付款，安排采购订单付款，安排报关相关费用请款等

6. Coordinate with WH staff and Receive goods in Warehouse and record the status of goods-in
与仓库协调入库事宜，并记录好入库状态

7. File all documents well
文档归档完好

8. Other tasks assigned like help manage WH inventory/goods receive and goods issue etc
其他安排的工作，譬如帮忙管理仓库库存，收发货等


QUALIFICATIONS
任职资格：

1. Good communication skills
良好的沟通能力
2. Good office software skills, and familiar with SAP especially MM or SD module
熟练的办公软件操作，熟悉SAP尤其是MM /SD模块
3. Know the import and export process and regulation well
熟悉进出口流程与法规
4. University Above, at least 3 years’ experience
