职位描述：
1、从开发和大货生产角度审核样衣；
2、与相关人员沟通、提出问题，帮助相关人员改进和解决问题；
3、提供客户认可的样衣；
4、做好产前风险评估及建立预防改正措施，减少质量问题和质量事故的发生；
5、提升团队人员技术水平，流程及工艺优化，提升效益；

任职资格：
1、30-48岁，高中以上学历；8年以上服装行业工作经验；2年以上外贸公司经验；
2、精通梭织服装的版型、工艺标准制定及生产流程规划，精通纸样（会制版优先），能够发现服装穿着过程中的弊病，并指导版师、样衣工进行调整；
3、沟通清晰，能与客人直接沟通优先；
