职位描述：
Responsibilities
?Involve into ECR VAT refunds process for monthly documents filing
? Issue VAT invoice in GTS and customer import authenticated
?Manage VAT in/out and reconcile it with Tax Bureau
? Prepare non-trade payment withholding tax
?Closely collaborate with Shanghai finance members and Shared Services Centre to support completion of monthly closing process with high quality
?Require to familiarity of AP process for daily transactions booking, GL function(FA related)
? Open PO review (FA related) and Fixed assets AUC items settlement
?Expense reimbursement 2nd approval in Concur
?Be familiar with local statutory requirement and tax policy, timely response to the requirement from tax authority in regard to CIT filing and TP
? Support management team for the Operational & Financial audits by assisting in the preparation, liaising with the auditors (if required)
Requirements
? Degree in Finance and Accounting
?Be fluent in spoken and written English
?Be familiar with highly computerized system
?Experience of working in a manufacturing environment is preferable
?Be familiar with China tax ruling, local statutory report
