General Purpose of the Position

In charge of Lab equipments system, Lab quality system, TS16949 and 17025, which include equipments calibration, document control, Lab employee training metrics, and Lab efficiency analysis.

Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for equipment management following the requirements of Quality Management System (QMS);

· Create and update Work Instructions (WI) of equipments;

· In charge of equipments calibration. Maintain the Equipment Management Sheet to keep the equipments in valid use.

· Set up and follow up equipment annual maintenance plan to ensure equipments are running in high efficiency;

· Keep equipments documents in good control and meet TS16949 and 17025 Quality system requirements.

· New employee quality knowledge training and all Lab employee training metrics management.

Education:

· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

Experience/Special Skills:

· 1~2 years' working experience in engineering and quality or quality system related fields

· Automobile Lab experience preferred

· Certified internal auditor preferred (TS16949 or 17025)

· Good language skills in oral and written English and Mandarin

· Analytical thinking, open-minded, diplomatic, observant, self-reliant
