Must be proficient in English, verbal and written and must have five years of technical and experience in solid carbide cutting tool industry.

Position Responsibilities:
? Providing dealer network to support end-user applications.
? Servicing of SGS products to customers or through sales representatives.
? Identify and recommend SGS tool(s) best matched to the application and machine parameters.
? Troubleshoot performance and tool life problems and make recommendations regarding corrective action.
? Analyze customer's performance based on tool use to determine possible improvements to SGS product offering and suggest new tool designs and feed back to the SGS operations.
? Assist in developing dealer training material for the market.
? Travel to end users within China and occasional travel to the USA

Work experience Requirements:
? Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD and related engineering software for data collection and tool performance analysis.
? Ability to conduct professional multimedia presentations.
? Professional communications, appearance and organizational skills.
? Must be a good listener and be able to speak persuasively.
? Must have experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships.
