职位描述：
Position Summary:
Responsible for day-to-day AP and AR activities in Shanghai, such as checking/Processing all AP and AR invoices into INFOR. Liaison with vendors, customers and team members to resolve queries. Assist with AP AR GL journals & other GL journals.
 

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
? Review and monitoring of supplier’s invoice for compliance to ensure appropriate and valid supporting documents, including fapiaos.

? Daily checking & processing of incoming invoices into the INFOR system. Ensuring correct coding and approvals in compliance with internal control policies and follow up on issues as required.

? Follow up on outstanding invoices, problem solving in relation to reconciliation on vendor/customer balance.

? Follow up on overdue AR customers and problem solving in AR collection on sales activities assisting. Monthly AR aging analysis and reporting.

? Completion of monthly GL rec’s as they related to AP and AR.

? Assistance with year-end audits as required.

? Assistance with various government fillings as required.

? Visiting customers on AR overdue and AR reconciliation.

? Visiting suppliers on AP reconciliation.

? Other tasks and projects as directed by Manager or Finance Director.


Educational Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree in accounting
? Full time

Experience Qualifications:
? 1-2 AP/AR working experiences with a full workload.
? Knowledge of basic accounting principle and practices.
? Excellent communication, planning, organizational and time management skills.
? Problem solving skills with high work ethic and sense of responsibility.
? Excellent written and reading English.
? Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.


Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:
? Bachelor degree in accounting
? 1-2 AP/AR working experiences with a full workload
