1、负责为客户提供金融理财的合理化建议，为客户实现资产保值增值；
2、负责向客户提供与金融业务相关的服务工作；
3、负责组织并策划高级营销活动，开发高端市场；
4、负责为客户提供各种综合性基础理财咨询服务；
5、表现出众者经考核达标后可逐步向高级分析师或市场技术管理阶层发展。
职位要求：
1、本科以上学历，金融相关专业
2、有较强的学习力，对金融有浓厚兴趣，善于分析思考，有志在金融业长期发展
3、具有较强的观察、分析能力，能迅速捕捉市场动态，有独立的工作意识，创新能力强
4、诚实守信、工作细致，具有较强的学习能力和团队合作精神
5、自信，能承受较大的工作压力，遇到困难不轻易放弃，具有很强工作责任心
