职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、为部门总监准备所有的相关资料，包括营运会议、行政委员会议、部门会议及其他特设会议。
2、起草信函，会议纪要，存档以及跟进和撰写信函。
3、完成各类销售报表，如：日销售报表、销售业绩汇总表等。
4、根据要求，及时完成销售合同，并记录归档。
5、负责部门考勤，会议记录，办公用品领用等行政事务。
6、及时完成上级领导布置的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、熟悉各类Office软件，具有一定的文字写作能力
2、掌握一定的英语技能
3、具有一定的沟通与协作能力，能承受压力。
