职位描述：
1、协助设计师与买手制定并参与每季产品的设计开发计划，并按计划实施；
2、根据国际流行趋势协助设计师买手共同讨论拟定每季的主题意念，设定色彩和基础面料；
3、配合设计买手根据不同客户的不同的产品主题、风格，进行款式的收集、开发及设计；
4、负责参与提案打版样衣的审核工作，能与生产部有效的协调，并协助跟进提案样衣的进度，
5、定期进行市场调研，了解竞争品牌情况，消化相关流行趋势及色彩预测、收集大量有效资讯、上季销售调查汇总。
职位要求：
1.服装或设计类专业专科以上学历；
2.具有1年以上品牌时装/休闲服装类设计同等职位经验，有如CACHE,LILY ,ZARA WOMAN，CK等品牌服装工作经验者可优先考虑；接受应届毕业生。
3.熟悉服装市场，特别对流行趋势有敏锐性、预见性和独到的见解与设计思路；
4.熟悉服装面料的应用与生产工艺，具有产品开发与创新的能力；熟悉流行趋势，有敏锐性和独到的设计思路，熟练使用设计软件。
5.具有色彩流行敏感度，插画图案设计能力佳。
6.有良好的沟通、协调能力；.高度的工作热情，良好的职业操守。品德好，气质佳
