Responsibilities:
1. Arrange technicians to meet production requirement and reasonable control OT
2. Responsible for technician training
3. optimize PM system and keep on maintenance team excellent execution
4. Responsible for technician’s evaluation
5. Responsible for KLEL HACCP review
6. Monitor technicians work obey GMP&5S requirements
7. Responsible for machine breakdown and short stop, support production team improve OEE
8. Motivate team member, enhance team’s engagement
9. Responsible for maintenance cost control
10. Manage KLEL spare parts

Incumbent Requirements
1.Bachelor degree with a mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or management license or its equivalent is necessary.
2.Have strong skill on shop floor Management. 3years of manufacturing experience in a food plant .
3.Have basic understanding of the mechanical operation, industrial safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) as well as HACCP.
4.Have Quality Management System experience.
5.In addition, solid supervisory, team leading, motivating, interpersonal skills are required.
6.Good English, interpersonal and computer skills are also required for the position.
