Requirements
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
机械工程本科学历
2.At least 3 years of relevant working experience in project management。
3 年以制造业项目管理经验。
3.Computer skill: AutoCAD, Pre/E, Microsoft (EXCEL, PPT, Word, Project)
良好的计算机能力.
4.Strong organizing, planning, priority setting and problem solving skills.
良好的组织计划能力及解决问题的能力。
5. Good communication and inter- personal skills with the ability to interact with different levels and cross functional team.

6. Ability to express clearly in English both oral & written communications.
良好的英语书写与口语能力。
7. Able to manage daily work load to meet departmental & customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
1. Facilitate and lead kickoff projects meeting that involves all concerned parties to meet the project deadlines;
计划并组织所有相关部门人员召开项目启动会议。
2. Work closely with all departments and monitor their progress so that any deviations or issues could be resolved on-time;
与各部门密切联系，监控项目进展，处理突发问题。
3. Assist the manager in managing the entire project cost, scope and schedule;
协助、计划整个项目进程。
4. Establish close working relationship with all levels in the organization and be a team player;
营造团队精神，与各部门相关人士密切配合。
5. Regularly conduct status reviews with internal team and communicate customer’s requirements clearly to ensure project is within scope.

6. Any other tasks that the company may assign from time to time.
