前台及行政助理（实习生）
主要职责：
1.协助公司行政及后勤工作：来电转接；客户引领和接待；办公室用品采购和领用管理；公司文档的定期整理：包括有关客户资料和培训资料等；
2.负责公司所有员工的考勤记录，并做好日常监督；
3.协助财务每月进行税务申报以及开发票；
4.公司集体活动组织与实施；
5.协助处理其他临时性办公室工作。
岗位要求：
1.女性, 25岁以下, 形象气质较好，普通话流利，具有较强的人际沟通协调能力，团队意识强；
2.有英文基础，计算机操作熟练；
3.工作认真，细致，有责任心；
4.大专及以上学历；
5.工作表现优异者，公司岗位招聘可优先考虑。
