【岗位职责】
1. 负责面向广告主/广告公司销售公司产品，并完成公司下达的广告销售任务；
2. 根据销售任务，制定中、短期销售计划；
3. 开发、维护新老客户的合作关系，并保持业绩稳定增长；
4. 能够综合分析行业的发展动态，就公司产品与市场战略提出良好建议，参与制定公司渠道销售政策. 制定渠道销售计划，及时收集并反馈渠道市场信息，通过对市场. 同行及客户；
5. 准确理解客户的网络广告需求，与相关部门协作，向客户提供专业而全面的售前、售中及售后服务，保证客户需求顺利实现。
【任职资格】
1. 营销、市场等相关专业专科及以上学历。3年以上广告传媒行业销售经验；
2. 有服务国际4A的工作经历，熟悉4A的运作模式 以及对广告程序化购买有一定了解；
3. 优秀的沟通能力和销售技巧，能够独立地和广告客户沟通;
4. 熟悉市场/广告推广的运作模式，对广告技术具有专研性，广告数据具有敏感性；
5. 工作主动性强，有创业精神，有较强的创新能力。
