教育程度/ 经验：1. 机械或机电或电子专业，中专或以上学历；2. 两年或以上制造业设备机修工作经验；
专业能力： 1. 初步了解常用加工设备及器具的基本原理和性能、使用范围，了解设备的基本保养知识；2.掌握机修参数所需的常用材料知识、机械原理、机械零件及机械加工知识；3.了解清楚机械的用途、机械结构、传动机构及原理；看懂机械设备说明书，清楚机械的拆装的顺序、零部件大致名称及拆装时的注意事项；4. 能准确地理解机修工工具、量具、夹具的使用条件、调整、保养条件；5. 了解简单的初级的电工知识、被修机械设备的基本电气参数（电流、电压）；6. 熟悉并执行员工通用安全守则、机修加工及拆装时可能发生的不安全因素及防止的基本知识，会保护自身安全和他人的安全，不违章作业。
综合能力/ 素质： 1. 具备良好的沟通协调能力； 2. 具有较强的实际动手能力；
职位要求：
1.在规定时间内，完成公司下达的正常设备检修计划（大、中修）、日常维修和临时故障抢修设备检修工作。
2.配合生产，调试设备使用模具，保障生产进度
3.配合新项目，完成设备安装和调试工作。
4.负责所用模具、工具、量具、维修设备的维护保养、保管工作。
5.完成领导交办的其它任务。

The products are widely used in railway, communications, industrial and medical industries.
