ElmKids Store is a new concept kids store that is due to open later this month. The mother company Elm Workshop is a WOFE company that has been producing high end handmade furniture for the past 8 years in Shanghai. Our clientele is mostly from the expat community but we do expect to see more local customers at the ElmKids Store. The store is the first of its kind in Shanghai. We are looking for young, energetic people who share the enthusiasm we have for home decoration to join us to create bright and exciting future for the brand!

ElmKids Store是一间即将于本月下旬开幕的新概念儿童家居店。背后的公司是外商独资的上海榆之家具，在沪生产及销售高端手工家具已经有八年多的时间。我们主要的客户群是在上海及周边地区的欧美人士，但是在ElmKids Store我们预期会有相当的本地客户。这里将是一家独树一帜的零售店，我们正在寻找年轻，有活力，与我们一样热爱家居装饰的精英加入我们，共同携手创造精彩的未来！

Job Description

1. Provide sufficient information of our products and services to customers.
2. Understand customers' needs and be able to help customer purchase suitable items.
3. Keep a clear record of inventory, make sure display of products is up to company's standards.
4. Maintain log of all purchase order confirmations and changes. Follow up with office/factory as needed. Ensure confirmation of changes with office/factory.
5. Manage the store on a daily basis independently. Make sure all areas are clean and in good working order.
6. Be able to give feedbacks and suggestions on products/services when needed.
7. Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements/Qualifications:
1. MUST have enthusiasm for home decoration and like kids.
2. Good command of verbal and written English as well as Mandarin.
3. Previous experience in store sales or related field is preferred.
4. Has strong patience, good communication skills, can work under stress and is a team player.
5. Aged 22-35 years old, in good health.


岗位职责

1、热情并有耐心地接待顾客的咨询，了解顾客的需求并达成销售；
2、负责做好货品销售记录、盘点、账目核对等工作，按规定完成各项销售统计工作；
3、完成商品的来货验收、货物陈列摆放、补货、退货、防损等日常营业工作；
4、做好所负责区域的卫生清洁工作；
5、完成上级领导交办的其他任务。

任职资格

1. 必须对家居装饰有热情, 喜欢小孩；
2. 英语听说读写能力佳；
3. 具有较强的沟通能力及服务意识，有团队精神，有良好的耐心，能吃苦耐劳；
4.大专以上学历；
5. 有相关工作经验者优先；
6. 年龄22-35岁，身体健康。

上海榆之家具是一间外商独资的公司，在上海制作及销售高档手工家具已经有超过10年的时间。一直以来我们的主要客户群是在上海及附近地区的外籍人士，目前在浦东金桥及浦西市中心各有一处销售据点，有越来越多本地人士成为我们的客户；希望热爱家居的精英加入我们！

The Elm Workshop has been producing and selling quality handmade furniture in Shanghai for more than 10 years. The majority of our clientele is from the expat community in and near Shanghai. Except for custom made furniture, we also have collections of our own, designed by our in-house American designer. We are currently expanding our retail outlets in Shanghai, so we are looking for people who are enthusiastic about home decor to join us and grow with us.
