职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.负责审核每项业务的执行计划，包括：
（1）负责AM、AE的工作分派（2）负责审核项目执行的时间推进计划 （3）负责业务执行重点的提示与要求及跟踪督导
2.负责业务的报价与合同执行；
3.对比稿项目的策划并及时提交方案提交总经理审核；负责签发业务执行的策划、创意设计工作单并协调具体执行；
4.审核与督导业务执行中的收付款；
5.督导业务流程文件；
6.参与内部各项业务重要的策划、创意会；
7.协助总经理对AM 、AE及相关策划与创作人员进行业务知识培训；
8.负责客户及供应信息收集和分类整理并按期报总经理；
9.协助公司绩效考核制度实施，并履行考核小组成员的职责；
10.完成公司安排的工作。 举报 分享
