职位描述：
1. Improve and optimize packaging specification internal & external.
2. Source packaging materials and returnable container, create requirements/specifications in procurement, in order to guarantee timely availability of packaging materials.
3. Create and maintain packaging parts list and drawings, in order to make detailed information available for further process steps.
4. Standardize racking systems in plants and optimize material flow between warehouse and production.
5. Evaluate and monitor SAP management checklist e.g. SAP inspection on a regular basis related to the SAP parameters and ranges, including lead-time, order policy, safety stock, and all modifiers.
6. Test design and implementation of SAP knowledge for disponents’ skill matrix with involvement of Plant logistics coordinators.
7. Maintain open and effective communications with Plant logistics coordinators regarding disposition problems and their resolutions, coordinate the critical supply and demand of the specified inventory items cross-functionally.
8. Collect, drive and facilitate the disposition projects and good practices in plants and share with each other on the same platform.
9. Monitor the target/real LO KPIs for plants as well as Brose Stock Monitor (BSM) analysis and comment function in the BBC.

Qualification
1. University degree or College diploma in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or SCM Management preferred.
2.3 years prior logistics/industrial/packaging engineering experience preferred, ideally in the areas of automotive and sequence monitoring/control, and SAP system.
