职位描述：
一、 职务简述：
负责监督礼宾部员工的服务工作，为客人提供递送、搬运行李、代订出租车以及代办客人提出的其它杂项服务。

二、 岗位职责：
          1、 主持每日班前会，布置当班需特别注意的事项。
          2、 检查礼宾员在楼层服务时的工作状况，保证客人得到满意的服务，并且督促礼宾员的服务水准达到酒店规定的要求。
          3、 与前台接待、团队联络人及时联系，保证散客及团队客人的行李运送及时、准确。
          4、 检查所有寄存行李是否均有行李牌并且已经登记。
         5、 做好培训计划，定期培训本部门员工。
         6、 通过培训不断完善及提高礼宾部员工的服务水平及标准。
         7、 制定并严格执行礼宾库房的安全管理制度。
          8、完成上级指派的其他任务。

三、素质要求
基本素质：年龄25岁至40岁，身高1.73米以上，工作认真、作风细致、吃苦耐劳、反应灵活。
文化程度：高中学历或同等文化程度。
语言能力：能进行英语日常会话，开展对客服务。
工作经验：具有两年以上从事礼宾主管服务工作经历。 举报 分享
