职位描述：
Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for payroll and C&B administration for assigned APEX organization, ensure our HR service fully meet KPI and customer satisfaction;
In charge of payroll calculation, social insurance management, IIT declare, time and attendance management, ensure the payroll accuracy and on-time delivery;
1. Maintains payroll information; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data
2. Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.
3. Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages
4. Determine payroll liabilities by approving the calculation of employee income taxes, and employer's social benefits, unemployment, and workers compensation payments.
5. Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies
6. Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests
In charge of data consolidation, verification, reconciliation for both internal and external party, ensure data quality and timely submitting;
Implement employee personal-file management;
1.负责职工的薪资核算、社会保险管理、个人所得税申报、考勤管理，确保工资准确与及时发放；
2.负责员工信息表、花名册、薪酬福利待遇记录等数据的更新；
3.维护薪资信息，负责数据的收集、计算与录入；
4.整理各项薪酬及相关数据，制作报告；
5.负责计算员工所得税、职工社会福利、失业和工人赔偿金，确定薪资债务。
6.处理薪资差异以实现工资帐户平衡；
7.负责提供相关薪酬信息；
负责内、外部数据整合、审查与调整，确保数据的准确性与及时性；负责员工档案管理。

Qualifications & Skills
1. Degree equivalent or higher education preferably
2. 2-3 years HR-related experience in multi-national company, payroll/HR operations experience is preferred;
3. Good customer service sense and attitude;
4. Self-motivated, high sense of responsibility and integrity;
5. System knowledge preferred SAP;
6. Teamwork – good interpersonal skills essential and must enjoy working in a team environment
7. Good English in both verbal and written
