职位描述：
Job Description:

1. Duly complete and review all kinds of required reports, including statutory and tax reports, annual tax return, internal management reports, internal analysis reports, group reports, various commercial data statistics summary and analysis reports, etc.
2. Duly complete the consolidation of financial statements and various reports. Duly communication with the HO reporting team in France via e-mail or tel.
3. Under the management’s guideline, design and upgrade reporting, design and upgrade related functions and controls in systems. Lead and train branches complete their parts. And ensure the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all reports.
4. Responsible for the high quality of reporting and analysis, put forward advice and suggestion to management based on the analysis. Set standard form and related SOP for branches, and train them to meet the requirements.
5. Strict time control on monthly account closure to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly and yearly financial reports. Lead branches to avoid mistake and correct it if any.
6. Review all taxation calculation and tax declaration. Design and update the relative models to standardize branches and ensure their quality and efficiency. Assist to CFO to timely update related tax laws or rules to branches and arrange training and follow-up.
7. Responsible for the control on approving the system maintenance of clients & suppliers. Make statistics and analysis regularly for better management.
8. Responsible for the regular reconciliation of overseas parties from China respect. Close communication with branches for follow-up and settlement so as to prevent any long-aging.

Major Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, and with certificate of accounting or auditing
2. At least 2 years working experience in F&A, reporting (priority if with experience of auditing, taxation audit, consulting in Big 4 Firms)
3. Excellent skill on office software, especially Excel and PPT, being familiar with various accounting software
4. Skilled in English language ( listening , speaking , reading and writing ), with CET-6 or above
5. Responsible, hard-working, careful, active, initiative, with high loyalty and concentration with strong ability of self-learning & self-leading, skillful in summarizing, analyzing and presenting, good at communication and team work, with a good sense of planning and good implementation capacity. 举报 分享
