Major Responsibility

1.Coordinates with sales/marketing people in Black Cat Shanghai office;

2.Help for domestic sales order process on system;

3.Help for sales document collection and preparation;

4.Help for some other admin work in office;

5.Help for some customer service;

6.Other tasks assigned by sales administration manager.

QUALIFICATION

1.University degree, Engineering/Mechanical Industrial is preferred.

2.Computer software proficiency with traditional Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel and Power Point.

3.Good communication and interpersonal skills

4.Honesty, integrity, diligence and good team work spirit

5.English reading is required, writing and speaking are preferred.

6.Good presentation.
