职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、全面负责财务部的日常管理工作并组织制定财务方面的管理制度及有关规定；
2、制定、维护、改进公司财务管理程序和政策，制定年度、季度、月度财务计划；
3、负责编制及组织实施财务预算报告，月、季、年度财务报告；
4、负责公司全面的成本控制、会计核算和分析工作；
5、负责公司进、出口业务退（免）税工作；
6、负责资金、资产的管理工作,监控可能会对公司造成经济损失的重大经济活动；
7、协调与税务、海关、财政、银行及其他机构的关系, 协助总经理开展财务部与内外的沟通与协调工作。

任职资格：
1、统招全日制本科或以上学历，985、211院校优先；
2、有会计师事务所审计经验优先，熟悉企业进、出口业务经验优先；
3、熟悉国家会计准则，熟悉税法及相关税收政策；
4、良好的分析和组织管理技能，良好的沟通能力；
5、精通Excel、PPT、熟悉 ERP及财务软件系统；
6、熟悉进、出口贸易退（免）税核算等；
7、有船业公司从业经历优先考虑。
