1、负责会议材料的整理、存档工作。
2、掌握公司经理的日程安排做好预约工作，安排商务旅行
3、校对英文文字材料
4、整理、制作市场及时信息和报告,并提供给客户
5、完成公司经理交办的其他工作

职位要求：
1、英语或国际贸易专业
2、 口译笔译俱佳
3、知识结构较全面，具有丰富的管理经验，了解法律及财务方面的知识，能够迅速掌握与公司业务有关的各种知识；
4、有较强的组织、协调、沟通、领导能力及人际交往能力以及敏锐的洞察力，具有很强的判断与决策能力，计划和执行能力；
5、良好的团队协作精神，为人诚实可靠、品行端正；
