职责:
协助销售及服务部门人员处理日常工作
provide sales and service support to the sales and service departments to ensure smooth daily work

Sales
制作销售报价单与合同
generate the sales quotation and the related contracts
协助处理清关事宜
carrying out the customs clearance with forwarder and broker
实时跟进仓库产品库存
ensure the follow up of the inventory and product stock of the warehouse
根据销售经理的只是管理销售人员的出差计划
manage the sales planning according to the GSM directives

Services
制作服务报价单与合同
generate the service quotation and the related contracts
管理办公室的服务材料
coordination the customer service with service material stock of the office
根据总经理的指示与客户要求制定技术服务计划
manage the service technician planning according to the customers requests and the GM directives
估算每周服务收入
evaluate weeky the incoming services payments
确保客户的应收账款
ensure that due payments form customers will be received
在相应的表格中记录客户每一笔相关信息
record every customer claims and fill the information in corresponding documents
及时跟进技术服务
ensure the accrate follow up with the service technicians

相关工作经验3年以上
