招聘专员

工作职责：
1.合理编制并执行年度和月度招聘计划；
2.维护和拓展招聘渠道，负责人才库维护和管理；
3.发布职位信息，收集简历，聘前测试和简历的初步筛选,安排面试；
4.负责岗位笔试、面试各类测试题库建设和管理；
5.负责办理员工入职离职等调配事务；
6.跟踪评估各类人才的使用情况，更新和维护人才储备库；
7.提供招聘分析报告和企业人员结构分析报告；
8.负责员工档案的建立、管理，及时给管理层提供信息支持；
9.负责员工电子信息库的建立，每周更新各类员工信息表格；
10.完成上司安排的其他工作、包括参与培训、绩效考核、企业文化建设等；
11.完成上级交办的其它相关事宜。
任职资格：
1.大专以上学历，人力资源相关专业优先；
2.有较好的人力资源管理理论和实践知识，熟悉国家和上海相应的劳动法律法规；
3.1年以上招聘经验,有IT行业招聘工作经验或猎头经验优先；
4.熟悉各种招聘渠道，并能恰当选择相应的招募方法；
5.了解各类人才测评方法，并能恰当对应聘者进行有效测试和选拔；
6.较强的组织协调和沟通能力，有很好的逻辑推理和分析判断能力,能承受一定压力。
注：
1987年或87年后出生;
上海户籍。
Responsibilitiy:

2.Maintain and develop the recruitment channels, responsible for maintenance and management of talent database. 3.Design and manage questions of paper test and interview.
4.Provide reasonable planning, dynamic analysis and suggestions about staff to superior timely.
5.Maintain and manage staff P-File and paper documents.
6.Set up and update the staff database.
7.Other things assigned by superior.
Requirements:
1.College graduate or above，Human Resource related major preferred.
2.Have good human resources management theoretical and practical knowledge, be familiar with the relevant State and Shanghai Labour laws and
regulations.
3.1 years of HR related experience in IT industry and headhunter preferred.
4.Familiar with various recruiting channel, and select appropriate recruitment methods.
5.Familiar with all kinds of personnel assessment method, test and select candidates effectively.
6.Strong organization, coordination, communication skills, good logical reasoning, analyzing ability, can withstand the pressure.
