2、能够编制安全，环境，职业健康及重大危险源等风险识别清单实施方案；
3，能够制定各种安全培训，教育等相关资料建立和归挡；
4，能够办理工程项目前期相关安全监督受理等资料手续；
5，能够申办公司级各种安全证，照的检验，更换等过程；
6，具备与政府安全相关部门的沟通能力；
7，熟练掌握电脑操作应用；
8，品德好，身体好，责任心强；
