ID-RF is a French innovative start-up company based in Shanghai which designs, develops, manufactures connected devices intended for Smart Home, Smart buildings and Internet Of Things applications (http://www.nodon.fr/en).
ID-RF belongs to ALTYOR group, which has R&D Centers and Manufacturing capabilities both in France and China.

We are looking for a talented Electronic Purchaser to be in charge of the global procurement, purchasing and sourcing of our innovative start-up company. This concern several new technologies, such as electronics (spare parts & components), mechanical parts, packaging and even finished goods.

Main Missions

- Purchasing & Procurement
o Interact, negotiate and deal with internal and external suppliers
o Anticipate purchased parts needs to meet planning requirement
o Solve planning, price, quality and payment terms issues with suppliers, to meet company standards
o Track precisely stock quantity and launch procurement at the right time
o Propose relevant actions for emergency situations, to save project planning and costs
o Monitor supplier performance and strengthen relationships: factory audit, regular communication, face-to-face meetings,

- Sourcing
o Find new suppliers / technical solution to meet COO or Product Manager requirements
o Give clear feedback to management about sourcing topics (supplier benchmark, analysis, advices, etc…)
o Anticipate the sourcing needs by identifying & qualifying products & components to be used in the future
o Develop the company network as well as its sourcing & procurement capability by participating to electronics fairs around China: Electronica Shanghai, CEF Shenzhen, Hong Kong Electronics Fair, etc.
o Perform technology watch & provide insights & reports to top management

Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in technical or electronic field
- 3 to 5 years sourcing & procurement experience, ideally in an international company
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP software and project Management tools
- Self-motivated, organized and willing to learn new things.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Mandarin as mother tongue, fluent in written & spoken English 举报 分享
