Senior Producer in Digital Games team

Lead development of larger digital LEGO® Games
In this pivotal role as Lead Producer, you will be responsible for several digital game development projects, effectively ensuring that each game is delivered on time and lives up to the LEGO® Brand values. Your role includes duties such as:

- Executing on the digital games strategy from a production and time perspective on the individual project
- Business-responsible for the individual projects regardless of product/service model
- Manage multiple project(s) of various sizes simultaneously to ensure that they are delivered on time and support the LEGO franchises.
- Own the day to day project-correspondence with external game developers for all things regarding project timing, delivery, status and business
- Lead the project and drive the project team, ensuring a highly motivated and well-functioning team.
- Assess progress during the development phase and own the product review and goal setting for the game in development.

Diligent Game Producer
To be able to successfully meet challenges such as managing multiple projects, handling stakeholders and understanding games and creative processes, we imagine you have the following qualifications:

- Primarily, you need to have experience with production role in video games industry either in a publishing or development capacity in the Chinese market. (Minimum 5 years’ experience in the games industry in a Production/Development management role).
- You are experienced with mobile games and publishing in China
- Also experience with external development through local china based companies
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, spoken and written language.
- Would be a bonus if you have Certified SCRUM master, Prince 2 or other similar software development tools. Software development kit integration and understanding of publishing and online regulations in China.
