外贸业务员岗位职责：

1， 制定并达成销售目标；

2， 做好目标市场的市场调查、竞争对手分析等；

3， 做好新老客户的开发及维护方案；

4， 建立客户档案、注重销售渠道网络简历、规划、实施、激励等相关工作；

5， 做好订单后续跟踪，配合业务跟单、品控等相关同事顺利完成订单；

6， 及时分析、处理客户的各种问题，能力不够时必须及时与其他相关同事、部门沟通；

7， 工作认真负责，做好所有工作的笔记和报告，工作必须日清日理；

8， 对客户需求、上级指示有充分的理解力、判断力、执行力。

具体要求：

1， 为人诚实、正直、务实，做事踏实、稳重，亲和力好、善于与人沟通；

2， 学习能力强，乐于接受新鲜事物，对新事物有一定的敏感度；

3， 工作经验要求：具有一定的外贸业务经验，熟悉外贸流程，

4， 专业背景及语言能力要求：
4.1 学历——本科及以上学历，
4.2 外语要求：能够轻松自如地与海外客户进行良好沟通（俄语、英语读,写,听,说,能力均要求良好）；

俄语专业——专业俄语八级，
机械专业——大学俄语六级，
5， 团队协作能力强，有理想,不好高骛远，稳定性高；

6， 心态开放，能接受别人的批评教育的同时能把自己心得与同事分享。
