Job Responsibilities

- Achieve sales target

- To explore new clients and maintain existing ones, and build and maintain good relationship

- Probe clients' training needs and provide customized and value added training and consultancy solutions through close work with the consultants and other professionals

- Manage training/consultancy projects including planning, coordination, process and quality control

- Update clients' database & sales reporting, as well as provide sales forecast and market information

- Understand and follow internal procedure and requirements,

- Continuously learning and development

- Other responsibilities delegated by the management

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Economics, Management or related

- 3+ years work experience in sales, multinational company background is preferred

- Work experience in training/consultancy industry or HR field will be a plus

- Fluent oral and written English

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred

- Good communication, presentation skills and negotiation skills

- Proven abilities in team leadership, analyzing and solving problem

- Strong client service orientation (internal and external)

- Self-disciplined and self-motivated
