岗位职责：

（1）收集客户资源并进行电话沟通，向客户推广服务，并达成销售目标；

（2）定期完成量化的工作要求，达成各项绩效考核标准，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
（3）管理客户关系，提供良好之售前售后服务，保证客户满意度；
（4）掌握销售进度，及时汇总客户反馈意见；
（5）对客户提供专业的咨询服务。

职位要求：

1、男女不限，22-35岁，有较好的沟通能力；

2、1-3年电话销售经验（无销售经验勿扰）；

3、有自信心，乐观向上，工作态度积极认真，具有团队合作精神；

4、具有高度热忱之客户服务意识，能承受工作压力；

5、熟练使用计算机及办公软件(如：word、excel、ppt等)；

6、有拍卖、艺术品等相关行业经验优先。
