工作地点/Location: 上海/Shanghai
主要职责/ Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. 建立、维护供应商信息,优化供应商架构
Setting and maintenance vendor master and configuration
2. 根据公司内部用户需求审批采购申请单、修改订单,跟踪完成订单进程
Release PO buying goods & services according to internal approved PR, following PO, tracing and revision
3. 反馈、协调内部用户及供应商关系
Feedback coordination between internal customers and suppliers
4. 完成小额采购需求
Negotiate with suppliers on small amount buying, transportation, etc.
5. 维护部门文档,定期更新部门报表
Undertake document maintenance, periodical update purchasing excel for the department
6. 协助完成供应商评估
Assist line supervisor assessing vendor timely
7. 采购部的其他相关工作
Other supporting job according to the instruction of department.
职务要求/ Requirements
1. 大专及以上学历,专业贸易或工商管理相关
College Degree or above, major in trading, business administration or related
2. 1-2年采购或销售经验
1-2 years' work experience in purchases or sales.
3. 具有团队工作精神,能积极融入团队,有良好的沟通技巧
Strong ability to work well with others in a team atmosphere coupled with good communication skills
4. 良好的抗压能力;较强的时间管理技能
Able to work under pressure and tight time frame; Strong organization and time management skills.
5. 流利的英语书写及口语能力
Fluent in both written and spoken English
6. 熟练使用电脑及各种office软件
Good PC skills including a proficiency in Microsoft Office
7. 熟悉SAP系统者优先
Familiar with SAP is preferable.
