Job Title: Operation Assistant
Job Description
1 Receive and verify daily reports from vendors
2 Monitor gate-out and in activities of equipments worldwide
3 Manage system data and provide reports per requests
4 Verify and approve invoice from vendors
5 Issue the pick-up and return authorisations to relevant parties
6 Monitor repair process of containers where at depots

Qualfication
1 Bachelor degree
2 Working experience 1-2 years
3 Willing to communication with co-works and vendors
4 Fluent at English particular at writing
5 Working independently and full of responsibility
6 Team work player
