职位描述
· Complete monthly foreign exchange settlement
· Process cash and bank payment application and transactions
· Prepare monthly petty cash,bank balance and inventory report
· Handle communication affairs with accounting firm(KCS) and provide the required information for financial documents preparation
· Assist in the preparation of the financial reports and yearly budget.
· Invoice issuing for customers
· Responsible for staff daily expense reimbursement.
· Submit monthly tax declarations to local tax bureau.
· Assist auditors during audits
· Responsible for annual inspection of business license.
· Take other finance tasks when needed.
