Huhan Advisory Interns

Huhan Advisory is a professional services firm specializing in real estate investment advisory. We advise top developers and foreign investment funds and arrange a wide range of services including innovative capital solutions and investment sales to developers, asset and fund managers in mainland China.

Currently we are looking for 2 interns in Shanghai. As a member of the team, you will perform market analysis, specific investment analysis and participate in the company's marketing activities. You will have ample opportunities to enhance your analytical and problem solving skills and increase your business knowledge of the real estate and the financial industry. You will work closely with the CEO who has over a decade of experience in investment banking and investment with top global
institutions.

Responsibilities:
1.Assisting in documentation, translation, market and company research
2.Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
1.Junior, senior or graduate students from top universities with a high GPA (above 3.5)
2.Accounting, finance or economics major preferred
3.Native speaker of mandarin Chinese with excellent English, verbal and written
4.Good communication and interpersonal skills
5.Time commitment: attendance of 3 days a week for at least 3 months
