- 大学本科学历及以上，物业管理或相关专业优先;

- 具有注册物业管理师资质证书者优先录用；

- 具有高档商务楼或居住类物业同等职位管理经验5年及以上；

- 具有良好的管理能力、组织协调能力、沟通能力，思维敏捷，有处理突发事件的应变能力；

- 熟悉物业行业各项法律法规，熟悉物业管理各方面的监督管理工作；

- 熟练使用office办公软件；

- 良好的英语听、说、写能力

Requires:
- Degree or Diploma holder, preferably in Estate Management or related disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years’ management experience in same position in properties field or Luxury Business Buliding
- Certificate of property management or an equal qualification
- Good skills in communication, coordination and organization, supreme team spirit and problem solving skills;
- Be familiar with the rules and regulations of property management in China market;
- Be familiar with Ms Office Application
- Fluent in English and Mandarin are desirable.
