Scope & Responsibility:
职责范围：
The position will be involved with company’s marketing strategy planning and execution, target as to achieve market influence and brand positioning
该职位将参与和负责公司的市场营销和公关战略的制定和执行，主要目标是帮助公司达到预期的市场影响力和品牌定位
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
职责包括并不限于：
· Set marketing strategies
· 制定市场战略
· Maintain current marketing partner relationships and develop new ones
· 维护现有市场合作伙伴关系并开发新合作伙伴
· Help to maintain current advertisement client and develop new clients
· 帮助维护现有广告客户并开发新客户
· Independent marketing thinkings and execution power
· 独立的市场化想法和执行能力
· Execute client’s requirement
· 对客户的要求有良好执行力
· Team management and team work spirit
· 团队管理和团队合作精神

Key objectives within the first 6 months include:
最重要的前六个月目标：
· Successfully execute company marketing plan
· 成功执行现有公司的市场化计划
· Develop a marketing plan for next 2 years and execute it
· 做出新的2年市场计划并执行

High integrity, intelligence, analytical skills, and decision making ability. Excellent oral and written communication skills, leadership skills, and ability to gain the respect and trust of the company’s colleagues.

Background required:
工作背景要求：
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in media, internet or professional organizations, working experience in financial websites and magazines or conferences organizers would be highly valued.
需要有至少3年的媒体，网络或财经专业机构中的工作经验，在和讯，金融界等财经网站或媒体工作经验优先

Education required:
教育背景：
Bachelor’s degree is a must. An MBA is highly desirable.
大学本科学历，MBA优先
