JOB DESCRIPTION INTERNSHIP
TIME PERIOD INTERNSHIP
Minimum 3 months, preferably longer. Starting as soon as possible. Permanent employment will be offered to the right candidate and salary is open for discussion.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
1000 RMB in 'fapiao' per month for transport and food.

SUMMARY OF FUNCTION
THIRD PLACE is proud to offer Master University students the opportunity to experience working life within a highly dynamic and fast-moving company. The position asks students to take a hands-on approach while conducting market research and picking up projects which end up on our path, including marketing, sales, HR, and administration. The position is demanding, and we are not looking for a 9 to 5 mentality. You work hard, but the return is high as you are given a great deal of responsibility, inside information, feedback and respect. Furthermore, you deal directly with the management of the company composed of executives with experience in large multinationals (e.g. FMCG, Banks). Our team is dynamic, eager to discover business opportunities in the Chinese market and ready to welcome you.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Market research for franchise concepts (e.g. find information on market size, competition, positioning and locations,
cross-reference)
Data analysis
Proposal preparation
Developing survey content & Conducting interviews
Data entry
Report writing
Project management
Making and delivering presentations
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Technical skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications 2007: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Must have fluent English oral and written language skills
Must have excellent organization and planning skills
'Can-do', problem-solving attitude
Strong work ethic & motivated
Dependable & responsible
Possessing a positive attitude
Flexible, Proactive, Professional & a Multi-tasker
