职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、对接客户需求，售后阶段作为和客户的第一对接人
2、分析和挖掘客户需求，协同运营团队完成项目售前需求评估
3、学习能力强，能快速学习互联网媒体资源，互联网广告系统，根据客户需求制定媒体策略和方案
4、负责与客户接洽沟通日常工作，及时根据客户要求和情况变化，向客户提供解决方案。并全程跟进项目执行过程以及结案
5、实现客户要求的广告效果，建立和维护良好的客户关系，引导客户增加投放
6、同公司其他部门如创意、媒介、运营及技术等团队保持良好的协作关系

岗位要求：
1、1年以上广告公司客户服务经验（3年以上优先）
2、良好的PPT和邮件表达能力
3、具备利用Excel处理和分析数据的能力，对数据有一定敏感性，可以做基本的数据分析
4、优秀的沟通协调能力，较好的团队合作意识
5、客户导向，具有一定的销售意识 举报 分享
