Responsibilities:

- Take charge of general accounting and organize periodical/yearly closing

- Periodically provide 100% accurate balance analysis report and take actions to solve the outstanding issues

- Periodically provide 100% accurate working capital report

- Prepare quarterly package and yearly closing package report and make sure 100% accuracy

- Co-ordinate with PWC and other local accounting firm to finish the yearly audit work( PRC, foreign currency, government audit)

- Periodically prepare internal control check list and lead yearly review ICSA and optimize accounting processes according to internal control/CFI/ICBP/ICSA to continuously improve the efficiency & effectiveness

- Daily check A/P voucher with taking charge of payment release and weekly check outstanding invoice list and supervise the discrepancies to AP accountants

- Perform guest internal audit for Shanghai factory and other factories

- Evaluate AP outsourcing service, make improvement and set-up back up system for AP-Material and AP miscellaneous expenses.

- Review Treasure & Tax work and provide relevant support on key treasure & tax projects

- Set-up good relationship with local tax bureau and SAFE and learn/understand latest tax and treasure policies

- Half yearly evaluate the performance of accounting, treasure and tax team members & update job description accordingly, and set-up annual action plan for accounting, treasure and tax team

- Manage accounting file according to regulations of Finance Bureau and Accounting law

- Assist Finance Controller with other tasks

Requirements:

- SAP Power User

- More than 5 years in accounting experience and 3 years manager experience in world class foreign company

- Good Communication and Problem Solving skill

- Good Internal Control skill

- Fluent English
