职位描述：
POSITION SUMMARY
To ensure all the sales reports,contracts related are being well prepared and completed for smooth operation.
Coordinate with retail operation team and other departments for efficient collaboration.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB
Complete the sales reports timely with accuracy.
Assist in the contract related supporting tasks.

INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS
           
Internal retail team

External different dept. in the co. the landlord,stores

Be a good coordinator to collaborate with the retail team and other depts.
Support retail operation team in some admin tasks.

KEY COMPETENCIES
Able to work under pressure with positive thinking.
Strong in time management and communication skills.
Some basic knowledge in store leasing.
Good in excel and powerpoint software, good written English.
At least 5 years hands-on experience in the retail industry.

Strong project and time management skills,ability to plan tasks and timetable in advance, manage and
Influential and effective communicator.
Strong computer skills.
 
Education
