Job Summary:
In the role you will work as a high performing team across a range of first class project. Main Responsibilities:
1. Conducts self in an appropriate manner as a representative of Space Concepts Consultancy, works effectively in a diverse work environment.
2. Prepares project brief, conceptual design of various types of projects and work with other team members to prepare the architectural construction drawings and documents.
3. Performs design and construction management skills during the project’s life cycle.
4. Prepares technical reports, progress reports, special studies and cost estimates for the projects.
5. Participates equitably in the development and implementation of the Division/project goals and objectives. Strives to achieve the goals of the organization for diversity and disadvantaged business enterprises participation.
6. Prepares and makes presentations to various groups, private organizations and interest groups, as required.

Key skills and experience:
1. Have at least 5 years of professional experience in designing including minimum 3 years in international companies.
2. Conceptual thinking - applies common sense, theory and experience to decision-making; Highly conceptual and design driven.
3. Information seeking - identifies key sources of information; systematically obtains information through research.
4. Master AutoCAD applications- Photoshop – Primavera.
5. Knowledge of design and construction management principles; includes CPM scheduling, cost control, change order pricing/negotiation and construction techniques, standards and practices.
6. Analysis/problem solving - thoroughly thinks out and evaluates alternatives and recommends the one that best meets the business and professional need of the situation regardless of personal biases.
7. Be extensively and progressively responsible experience in planning, designing and managing design and construction of major multi used complex projects; includes extensive experience in design and construction of workplace, housings, and mixed used buildings.
8. Have Knowledge of architectural design principles such as building definition materials and methods, urban design, elements of 'good' design, form, function, materials and methods, circulation, context, and design standards and codes.
9. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese. 举报 分享
