高级UI设计师 / 资深美术

【岗位职责】
1、负责网站整体风格的定位和视觉潮流的把握，精通设计理念与设计方法；
2、负责网站主题定位、版面编排，提供高质量富有创造力与激情的视觉解决方案；
3、充分理解网站及产品的设计方案，在设计中保证网站所有产品的视觉整体性；
4、参与本部门创意点子的开发，对负责的任务保持高度责任心；
5、做好一切与美术设计相关工作，具备很强的画面驾驭能力、多样的美术执行能力；
6、敢于以及能多思考、分析、评估，对市场营销策略提供建设性的专业看法；

【职位要求】
1、美术、平面设计相关专业，两年以上设计相关工作经验，有独立项目设计、完稿经验者优先；
2、熟练使用Photoshop、Illustrator等平面美术设计软件，精通平面图片处理技术；
3、具有深厚的美术功底和创意构思能力，对色彩和布局有深刻的把握力、独到的创意视点与创新意识；
4、善于与人沟通，良好的团队合作精神和高度的责任感，能够承受压力；
5、熟练 Flash、Fireworks等软件的可优先考虑。
