ECCO would love to recruit a budding Retail star from within its retail organization to join this prestigious global trainee programme. Alternatively, you are a budding retail star with great customer service skills but are looking for that next step.

We are looking for ambitious, proven retail stars, who are keen to learn more about our retail operations, visual merchandising and retail training, in order to pursue a career track in this fast moving and dynamic environment.

Job profile
? Involvement in defining visual merchandising standards, implementation and follow up
? Follow up on operational retail store KPIs
? Deliver training workshops to store partner staff and follow up
? Work with key stakeholders to ensure that schedule and planning of retail training activities are in place and followed up

Qualifications and work experience
? Specific formal education isn’t as important as having relevant retail experience, which is essential
? You are ambitious and hard-working with an eye for detail
? You hold a creative mind and the ability to translate your ideas into compelling consumer activations
? You thrive on challenges; enjoy having more things to do at the same time and working in a dynamic environment
? You are pro-active and feel comfortable with a wide range of challenges and show responsibility
? You are motivated by working as part of a close knit team of professional retail staff
? Global mindset and willingness to travel
? Successful candidate must be fluent in Mandarin, ideally native speaking
? Corporate language is English which you master in speech and in writing

During the 3 year Global Trainee Programme, you will experience the ECCO Group value chain, participate in an introduction to our ECCO Group Headquarters function in Denmark, Leather Crash Course, gain exposure to our retail organization and experience on of our global production units. Next to this, you will be in various job rotations around the world; all of this aims to develop your skills and support your career development, preparing you for a position as a valued member of the ECCO team.
