Your profile:
? Bachelor degree, with min 3 years work experience in customer service, or logistics related function
? Electronics or industry background is preferred
? Good knowledge in order to cash and complaint process
? Knowledge of SAP/CRM is preferred, Good Microsoft office skill, advanced Excel user
? Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
? Positive working attitude, proactive, highly self-motivated, and Independent
? Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, strong customer service orientation


Your tasks:
? Work closely with Business Unite/sales team to process orders in SAP system
? Managing incoming calls and identifying customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Take the extra mile to engage customers
? Handling customer complaints, including answering inquiries from customers and liaising with relevant in-ternal parties for solutions
? Timely place purchase order to vendor, track down supply/shipment and invoice
? Participating order data management to contribute to a transparent supply chain information network
? Improve on-time delivery by effectively coordinating with end customer and plant, and chase for Letter of credit/Advance payment and shipping documents
? Call on customer, get voice of customer, capture forecast and monitor on actual demand
? Key Account Manager follow ups and update forecast to Plant to ensure further delivery
? Optimize for process improvement
? Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
? Coordinate finance/share service staffs to fix problems encountered during purchasing and shipping
? Any Other duties assigned by the team
