1. Stationed in Shanghai, with occasional travelling and visits in China.

2. Sourcing for potential new suppliers.

3. Preparing and evaluation of inquiries.
准备并审核询价
4. Initial assessment of suppliers – visit, evaluation and QA/QC.
供应商的初步审核——拜访，审核和质量控制
5. Supplier development – first audit, evaluation of technology and workflow processes.
供应商开发——初步审核，技术和工作流程评估
6. Pre-evaluation of prototype products.
成品预审
7. Coordinating and follow-up of daily purchase orders, delivery’s and invoice control.
日常采购的协调和跟进，交货期和发票管理
8. Work closely with import and warehouse department to ensure incoming goods control.
与进口和仓储部门紧密配合并确保进口货物的有效管理
9. Correspondence with suppliers and overseas purchasing department.
海外采购部与供应商之间的协调工作
10. Coordinating of the whole delivery process incl. orders, delivery and payment procedures.
负责整个发货流程的管理，包括订单，发货和付款申请
11. Working under the guidance of senior managers with various duties and responsibilities.
在高级经理的指导下完成各项工作安排和职责
12. Extrovert character, comfortable to work with different people and nationalities.
性格开朗，能与不同的或者不同国籍的人很好的配合
13. High degree of initiative and work independently under stress, with active and positive working attitude (Self-runner).
压力面前具有主动性和积极性，积极主动的工作态度（自我管理能力）

Requirements 岗位要求:
1. University or comparable degree in science or engineering or industrial engineering related discipline. preferably machine building
科技，工程或工业工程相关专业毕业，优先考虑机械制造专业毕业
2. Minimum 3 years related experience, with some business knowledge, in one or more of these areas of mold and die, machine building, cast iron /grey & spherical / aluminum casting, welding, gear wheel, gear drive, bearing, electric motor.
至少三年行业相关工作经验，具备相应的业务知识，在至少一个模具，机械制造，铸铁/灰铁/铝，焊接，齿轮/齿轮传动，电动驱动等相关工作
3. Experience in quality assurance, supplier auditing and supplier development, management, sample testing.
质量控制，供应商评估和开发，供应商管理，样品测试相关工作经验
4. Minimum 3 - 5 years purchasing experience in machine building industry or precision tooling or mould and die.
至少三到五年机械制造或紧密部件模具的采购工作经验
5. Excellent written and spoken English.
