KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing (Campaign) – 35%
*To support in executing digital marketing campaign from planning till campaign execution and reports.
*To coordinate and communicate with different function teams and agency to ensure campaign can be carried out smoothly.
*To follow up with agency to ensure all brand online materials (e.g. Videos/images/content) is provided with requested format and conduct necessary communication both internally and externally to confirm related deliverables.
*To work closely with media agency to maximize campaign exposure among target consumers with appropriate content.
*To manage all consumer database collected from digital channels and make good use of these data.
*To manage all samples, incentives for online campaign and KOLs in a good tracking method.
Digital Marketing (Always on) – 30%
*To assist necessary execution and communication with social media team and agency to carry out the monthly promotion activity with selected product.
*To support in executing SEM SEO program from planning till monitoring.
*To follow up with search agency to confirm all creative and copy before launch
*To monitor weekly SEM performance and work with agency to optimize search performance, driving more effective traffic to official online platforms in a regular basis.
*To coordinate with e-commerce team to evaluate the traffic or sales contribution from digital marketing regularly
*To regularly monitor competitors’ digital case or industry best case and share the inspiration to internal team.
Brand site maintenance and EC site monitoring – 25%
*To ensure regular content update and maintenance on official site per global marketing calendar, especially the quarterly product launch
*To conduct necessary communication with agency and HQ to continuously optimize the site from user friendly point of view
*To closely work with PR team to ensure all PR release uploaded to brand site in a timely manner
*To monitor the brand site performance and make timely optimization based on real situation to archive the KPIs.
*To work closely with e-commerce team to make sure all visual content are checked by design team and the overall tone and manner can match ECCO’s brand position.
*To coordinate with e-commerce team to evaluate the traffic or sales contribution from digital marketing regularly.
Others-10%
*To coordinate with agencies to get reports/plans delivered on time
*To support on the payment/contract/shoe & A&A application process
*To assist in doing necessary manuals/SOP/report
*To undertake other assignments by line manager
REQUIREMENTS
Education
-University Degree or above, preferably in a marketing or communications related discipline.
Experience
-At least 2 years working experience on digital (in house digital executive or media strategy planning/creative agency executive)
-Familiar with digital channels (Portal, Weibo, Wechat, Douban, BBS, video site, etc.) and search engine marketing
-Proactive and willing to learn new things and take challenges
-Be detail oriented, can work independently, and have exceptional problem solving skills
-Enjoy working in a fast-paced work environment
Language and Skills
-Good presentation and communication skills
-Good English and Mandarin skills
-Working knowledge of Microsoft products

-Sharp sense of new hot topics and trends in digital industry.
