职位描述：
Purpose of the Job
1. Sales for automotive components to Tier1 and Tier 2's
2. Being able to manage the relationship of principal, and make the sales forecast
3. Being able to collect market dynamic and customer feedbacks, support product / market strategy
Main Tasks
1. Development and penetration into the Chinese automotive market according to the implemented strategies
2. Analysis of the Automotive Market Sub-segments under his/her responsibility and identification of the potential prospects and opportunities
3. Close collaboration with finance, procurement, BD team and principals' contacts
4. Achieve the Budget targets
5. Develop a strong project pipeline for sustainable profitable growth
6. Market analysis / Development of high level Market Intelligence of covered product/market segment
7. Regular reporting of sales activities according to sales processes
Knowledge And Skills
1. Minimum 3 years''experience in automotive field, familiar with automotive engine parts
2. Familiar with Chinese Supply Chain and Local Chinese Automotive market
3. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science or other relevant engineering field
4. High communication skills
5. Very good teamwork
6. Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
7. High travelling flexibility all over China and Europe if needed
8. Knowledge of ISO/TS16949 and APQP, PPAP, FMEA and other tools and methods. 举报 分享
