职位描述
Objective of job
Providing technical support and organizational advice to contract workshops and key account bodybuilders
Establish and maintain good relationship with key account bodybuilders
Co-ordinate After-Sales related issues with key account bodybuilders
Customer complaint handling and follow up
Fulfillment of after sales commitments as stipulated in CV-sales contracts
Task designation
1 Bodybuilder related activities
- Carry out on-the-job training to promote the work for bodybuilders
- Advise on enquiries from the bodybuilder and assist to solve technical problems.
- Analyse product problems and prepare technical reports
- Monitor the compliance with guideline for retrofitting processes and operation of equipment
- Establish and keep good relationship with bodybuilders
- Receive service request from bodybuilders and deliver desired result and solution
- Regularly visit key account bodybuilders, transfer bodybuilder’s request to relevant line functions and follow up for implementation
2 End-user related activities
- Receive service request from end-users of bodybuilder and deliver desired result and solution
- Advising/supporting customers in respect of technical problems
- Handling end-users’ complaint properly and keep traceable and transparent documentation
- Base on end-users’ complaints, work out improvement plan to improve customer satisfaction
- Co-ordinate other line functions to ensure customer service request is fulfilled and complaint is properly settled
3 Service Network related activities
- Co-ordinate with dealer/workshop to fulfil customer service request
- Co-ordinate with dealer/workshop to ensure customer complaint is timely and properly handled
- Instruct dealer/workshop when handling serious customer complaints
- Advice and support dealer/workshop to improve customer care ability
- Support dealer/workshop to set up Customer Relationship Management system
4 Training and self training
- Ongoing self training regarding MB - CV new vehicle technology & developments as well as WIS/EPC/DAS Systems.
- Attending technical and non-technical training courses
5 Compliance
- Ensure of compliance regulations are fully fulfilled when dealing with customers and other business partners.
Qualification required
O Education
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in automobile or relevant field
O Experience
- At leas 3 years on-hand work experience in automotive after-sales industrial or engineer repair
- Working experience with direct contact with customer
- Customer complaint handling experience and technical background is a strong plus
O Specific Knowledge
- Capability to handle detailed description and analysis of varied test results
- Sufficient knowledge of automobile technology and vehicle repairing
- Good knowledge of English and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork spirits
- A high level of communication & time management skills
- A high standard professionalism and presentation
- Ability to cope with stress
