职位描述：
1. 此岗位长期驻德工作；
2. 协助项目经理做好前期的材料搜寻和储备；
3. 项目前期开发工作；
4. 负责相关文件的管理及维护；
5. 维护当地相关部门的联系沟通；
6. 协助项目经理做好与土地及项目所有人的谈判工作；
7. 协助项目经理做好其他工作。

任职条件：
1. 有驻德国工作或留学经历；
2. 至少1年以上相关岗位工作经验；
3. 工作认真仔细，责任心强，具有良好的团队合作精神；
4. WORD、EXCEL熟练，对数字敏感性强；
5. 有CRM 、ERP系统操作经验者优先；
6. 英文、德语熟练。

Job descriptions:
1. Audit the contracts according to the company business procedure, handle the purchase and sale orders ;
2. Be responsible for statistics of original data, make the vouchers in time, review the accounts with related departments;
3. Be responsible for tracking and monitoring the running accounts and orders of customers, insure the benefit of company and customers;
4. Be responsible of management and maintaining the sales system records;
5. To assist the project manager with other duty.

Requirement:
1. Related experience in Germany;
2. At least one year work experience in related position;
3. Work earnestly and carefully, have a strong sense of responsibility, good team-work spirit;
4. Good command of word and excel, have a strong sensitivity of figure;
5. Experience in ERP system is preferred;
6. Fluently in both English and Germany.
